Largest Skatepark in the GCC to open this week in Dubai

Dubai is almost ready to welcome the largest skatepark in the GCC at Kite beach.

The XDubai Skatepark has been created by some of the leading park construction companies in the world and has already been given the seal of approval by several international stars, including Ryan Decenzo, Zack Wallin and Tommy Sandoval, all of whom have posted footage and pictures of themselves on the ramps in recent weeks.

We're expecting more details about ramps, pipes and bowls withing this week, as organisers prepare for a big reveal soon. What we know so far is that there will a street section as well as many varied granite bowls (one of which is 11.5' to 8'), minis and one imposing quarter pipe. There are also 41 newly-planted palm trees dotted throughout.
