Stadium, the multi-brand sports and active lifestyle retailer, launched its new Spring/Summer 2016 collections with a fusion of fitness and fashion. Held on 16th March, 2016 at Dubai’s Warehouse Gym, Stadium invited media and influencers to a showcase of the new Spring/Summer 2016 sport collections (footwear, apparel and accessories), followed by an Urban Yoga class to put the new workout gear to the test, and a healthy breakfast and fresh juice at The Warehouse Gym’s on-site cafe.

The collection showcase highlighted the latest designs from international brands available at Stadium, including Adidas, Reebok, Nike, Puma, Umbro, Under Armour, FitBit and Drift.

For S/S’16, Adidas presents its latest Pure Boost and Adipure Flex shoes for male and female runners, plus seasonal apparel featuring the latest Climalite® and Climachill technology to beat the summer heat. Nike’s Dri-FIT fabrics are used through both the men’s and women’s ranges, alongside the new Air Zoom Structure 19 CP and LunarTempo 2 running shoes, which promises superior comfort and ultralight cushioning for effortless speed.

Puma’s collection sees on-trend fluorescent colourways combined with highly functional design features such as mesh inserts and a bio-based wicking finish to ensure maximum dryness and comfort. Reebok’s latest male and female ranges include bold prints and performance fabrics, plus the new incarnation of the ONE Series shoe, designed from the back to the front with three blended zones for superior stability and control.

Umbro’s new range includes the recently launched Medusae ‘magic’ football boot, plus matching kit including short sleeve tees, knit pants and woven shorts. Under Armour’s hi-tech S/S’16 collection harnesses the latest sportswear innovations, including anti-microbial technology to keep your gear fresher for longer, and the brand’s patented CoolSwitch fabric, which uses an exclusive coating to draw heat away from the skin.

Alongside apparel, Stadium also retails some of the latest sports technology, with a range of new season fitness accessories now available in store. New for 2016 is FitBit’s sleek Blaze fitness watch, plus the Alta wristband, the brand’s fashion conscious update which comes in a range of colours and finishes, including real leather and stainless steel. Drift presents its most powerful camera to date, the Ghost S, featuring a 300-degree rotatable lens, 1080p full HD and Gorilla® Glass scratch-resistant LCD screen. The waterproof camera enables casual users to take professional quality videos.

With 12 outlets across the GCC, Stadium has over 48 international sports and activewear brands under one roof. The latest S/S’16 collections are available in-store now.
