SoundOpia Full Moon Desert Festival

The night that desert fills with lights.

SoundOpia Full Moon Desert Festival is one of the most alternative events organized in Dubai.

Every month it hosts hundreds of people who are willing to dance for more than 24 hours non-stop to the beats of soulful, hi-tech, trance and psychedelic music under the Full Moon and Stars in a giant desert camp.

First of its kind, it took place in NYE 2016 with more than 1.600 people in the middle of the desert welcoming the new year whilst dancing till the morning light.

Brain child of a 6 year resident of UAE and world traveller who was determined to bring the soulful festival culture to Dubai inspired by similar festival such as Burning Man, Coachella, Goa festivals, Koh Phangan Black and Full Moon Festivals.

With the support of a number of beautiful individuals who loved the idea, today SoundOpia Full Moon Desert Festival is preparing for the 4th and season closing festival on 21-22nd of April 2016.

with giant international psy decorations in the desert for hundreds of UAE residents. It is always good to see new, unique and alternative events taking place in UAE and SoundOpia might be the perfect fit into "Out of Norms" weekend event taking place every Full Moon night for 24 hours non stop.
